Meet Shenetra, our billing rockstar here at Paladini Law. Shenetra oversees billing operations and is adept at managing all aspects of the billing process with precision and efficiency. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy, she ensures that billing procedures are conducted smoothly and invoices are processed on time.
Shenetra holds a Master of Legal Studies from Southern Illinois University School of Law, where she consistently earned high marks in all her coursework. She continues to pursue ongoing education and professional development in areas of interest such as billing operations, legal technology, and data analytics and visualization.
With over a decade of experience in the legal field, Shenetra has developed a deep understanding of legal operations. She previously served as a Legal Operations Manager, where she implemented process improvements, technology innovation and adoption, operational changes, etc., to increase the legal department’s productivity.
In addition to her professional endeavors, Shenetra is passionate about philanthropy and enjoys helping make life better for others. She also aspires to be a world traveler and has already crossed several destinations and experiences off her bucket list!
